Ok yes, I do like Harry potter and yes I did feel a bit odd going to this opening party in costume but hey! I won 2 costume contests and everyone loved my Nimbus2000. Jimmy did a lot of work on my Nimbus and although it still needs some more, the darn thing looked like it walked off the movie set! Awesome broom! I should have it finished for Dragoncon2003! Anyway, there were about 300 people at this party and it was packed in there. They have live owls that you could have your photo with, face painting, and lots of people dressed up in costume. Heck there were even some red headed Weasly look-alikes there! Here are the photos! |
