Who: About 150 competitors showed up!

	My name is Kristen and I'm representing Cheney Karate Studios of Red Deer Alberta. My Kata will be Heian Nidan. (My sensei is the blue gi to my left, in the background.
	Nice spinnng hook kicks are usually more effective WHEN YOU'RE THREE FEET CLOSER! #%$# Still, it looks damn cool.

	You can't scare me with that! She was the one who beat me in the last round doh! Very nice girl and a good fighter too! My problem was that I was so nervous I didn't eat or sleep well. I was practically falling asleep while waiting - I didn't have my wits about me. My loss her gain! Had I been well rested I think I could have won it.
